4th Annual Bike Summit!

The Rochester Bike Summit is an inclusive space for education and interaction, and We Bike Rochester invites all members of the community, regardless of cycling ability or knowledge, to join in the conversation as presenters share about both current and historical projects that make Rochester a better place for people on bikes.

There will be Prizes!

Participants are encouraged to register for any or all sessions, as each are independent of the others. Door prizes will be awarded for attending the online sessions and for participating in the Virtual Social Rides Photo Challenge. A participant will earn one entry for each session attended and for each photo posted (max one photo per week). Winners will be determined using a random number generator on May 29th.

Virtual Social Rides Photo Challenge!

For the past year, We Bike Rochester hosted weekly Social Rides to bring cyclists of all backgrounds together for a ride and drink at a local coffee shop or brewery. The inaugural Mayor’s Ride was also scheduled to coincide with the Bike Summit, so in lieu of both of these, We Bike Rochester invites individuals and families to instead participate in Virtual Social Rides by riding to local businesses affected by COVID-19 shutdowns. To enter the photo challenge, participants should take a picture of their bike at the following locations and post it to We Bike Rochester’s Facebook page, email We.Bike.Rochester@gmail.com or add to the Skype Chat found on the Virtual Social Rides  page.

Week 1, submitted by May 15th:
